certified to EN 1090 by TÜV Austria to provide fabricated structural steel up to and including Execution Class 3. In compliance with Regulation 305/2011/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of March 9
th, 2011 (Construction Products Regulation or CPR), our
Factory Production Control certificate (2884-CPR-00203) assures our client base that products delivered from our factory are quality controlled. In compliance with
Regulation EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 of the European Parliament, we are certified for the production of Welded Steel Components intended for load bearing applications. As per standard’s specification, the required level of
Non-Destructive Testing is carried out on our fabrications, our welding equipment and consumables are inspected, as are our painting procedures and suppliers.
CE Marking indicates that our steelwork is compliant with EU Construction Products Directive, satisfies the required levels of health and safety and structural strength and is eligible for free movement of products within the European Market. CE marking removes trade barriers created by different standards in member states.
Steel components are divided in 4 classes depending on their level of consequence class and service category.
- Execution Class 1 – Farm Buildings & Temporary Structures
- Execution Class 2 – Buildings
- Execution Class 3 – Bridges
- Execution Class 4 – Special Structures (e.g Power Stations)
Execution Class 3 allows us to undertake a vast range of technically demanding projects.
