QUALITY
QUALITY POLICY
Our approach to quality rests on the fundamental principle of our industry; that the implementation of a comprehensive quality policy significantly reduces the risks of manufacturing as well as construction failures. To maintain our commitment to a culture of continuous improvement, our HSEQ department operates rigorous quality management systems with continuous monitoring and regular internal audits. More than 80% of our projects are attributed to repeat custom, a testament that our efforts to have quality at the heart of the work we perform are yielding results.
Our fabrications are manufactured in accordance with national and international regulations. In projects where there are specific customer requirements to exceed these standards, we proceed by communicating the appropriate technical guidelines to our production team and bolster the strictness level of our quality checks. Our company employs a full-time Quality Manager and a Responsible Welding Coordinator.
We strive to have our capabilities accredited and to be industry recognised, so that our clients may have the utmost trust in our work. We are compliant with ISO 9001 on Quality Management, EN 1090 Execution Class 3 for our CE Marking and EN ISO 3834 on Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding.
EN 1090 CE MARKING
Our company is certified to EN 1090 by TÜV Austria to provide fabricated structural steel up to and including Execution Class 3. In compliance with Regulation 305/2011/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of March 9th, 2011 (Construction Products Regulation or CPR), our Factory Production Control certificate (2884-CPR-00203) assures our client base that products delivered from our factory are quality controlled. In compliance with Regulation EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 of the European Parliament, we are certified for the production of Welded Steel Components intended for load bearing applications. As per standard’s specification, the required level of Non-Destructive Testing is carried out on our fabrications, our welding equipment and consumables are inspected, as are our painting procedures and suppliers.

CE Marking indicates that our steelwork is compliant with EU Construction Products Directive, satisfies the required levels of health and safety and structural strength and is eligible for free movement of products within the European Market. CE marking removes trade barriers created by different standards in member states.

Steel components are divided in 4 classes depending on their level of consequence class and service category.

  • Execution Class 1 – Farm Buildings & Temporary Structures
  • Execution Class 2 – Buildings
  • Execution Class 3 – Bridges
  • Execution Class 4 – Special Structures (e.g Power Stations)

Execution Class 3 allows us to undertake a vast range of technically demanding projects.

ISO 9001
We are certified and compliant with ISO 9001:2015 for the design, manufacture and erection of steel structures. To ensure we achieve repeatability of quality on all our production output, we operate a rigorous Quality Management System, whose QA procedures cover all activities from initial inquiry, through to materials procurement, services outsourcing, fabrication and erection. QA documentation ensures material traceability, stock management, personnel training, equipment maintenance and fabrication controls.
